Prof. Andrea Giannaccari (Ph.D., LL.M.)

Prof. Andrea Giannaccari is Associate Professor of Comparative Law and collaborates with the Research Department of the Italian Constitutional Court. He is constantly involved in teaching activities (at undergraduate, graduate, master, and doctorate level) in several universities including, among the others, LUISS “Guido Carli” University of Rome, Ghent University, University of Siena and Erasmus University Rotterdam. He has also collaborated with several institutions, such as IMT School for Advanced Studies Lucca, Polytechnic University of Turin, Giovanni Agnelli Foundation, IRI Foundation, CERM Lab, and Rosselli Foundation.
Prof. Andrea Giannaccari graduated in Law at LUISS, he obtained a LL.M. in Competition Law and Economics at the Erasmus University Rotterdam, and a Ph.D. in Law and Economics at LUISS. He is author/editor of four monographs, he has published more than seventy articles, book chapters, and case commentaries in international and national journals, and he is editorial member of the board of the Italian law and economics review Mercato concorrenza regole. He is Senior Research Fellow at the Law & Economics LAB and member of Italian Society of Law and Economics. His primary research interests are related to competition law, intellectual property, and economic analysis of law.
